Tourists who leave the European Union within 10 days and have invoices issued within 10 days from the date of purchase.
How it works?
Cedrus Visa Infinite Cardholders shopping with their Visa card across key locations in Europe can access the premium lounges of Global Blue. Upon access Cardholders are required to show their Eligible card. After being granted access to the lounge, the refund process will be handled by lounge staff, and the amount refunded to the eligible card. Upon leaving the country, Cardholders are required to obtain the stamp from customs on the receipts.
What are the fundamental requirements for receiving the lounge refund?
- The presence of the invoice holder
- The passport (or a copy or a picture of the passport)
- A credit card valid for 3 months excluding the current one
- Debit credit cards are valid only for credit card reimbursement and limited acceptance
- The Lounge does not need to present the goods purchased
What are the limits of the refund?
- Cash: The maximum reimbursement in cash is € 2,999.50
- Credit cards accepted as guarantee are: Visa
- Credit Card: The maximum reimbursement on the credit card is € 14,999.99 the credit cards accepted are: Visa
- Alipay: Same Credit Card Limit
- The total sum between Cash and Credit Card / Alipay cannot exceed: € 14,999.00 (for each trip)
